Full-Service Design
This service is best for new builds or renovations. From consulting with architects and contractors on new or existing floor plans, to design planning, product sourcing, ordering and procurement, project management, and install day styling, Rowlan’ Tides offers creative expertise throughout the entire design process. Rowlan’ Tides will work with your contractor or can offer referrals for reliable local contractors that Rowlan’ Tides has previously worked with. As your design specialist, consultant, and point person on your home renovation, new build, or interior furnishings, I will help guide you through the process seamlessly and efficiently. A quote estimate for the (SOW) design work will be presented and pricing is billed hourly.
E-Design / Virtual Design
Ideal for those comfortable ordering online, purchasing retail, and completing the install themselves, E-Design is an affordable alternative to the traditional full-service interior design model. All communication is conducted virtually, and at the end of the process you will have a personalized Design Board and Shopping List to make purchases from and implement on your own time. Standard E-Design packages are available based on room size.
Interior Design
This service is the perfect choice for someone wanting guidance from start to finish. A design plan will be created, furniture, accessories, and final touches will be sourced, followed by a complete install. Pricing is dependent upon the scope of the project and your design needs and is billed hourly.
